Randomly I will post some thoughts that I have regarding leadership. They won’t be extensive, but just snippets of thoughts that I catch during my days. I hope they challenge you, push you, make you think, and maybe even offend you.
Leadership goal: LEAN into your gifts (grace), KNOW your weakness, SURROUND yourself with people who are strong where you’re weak, and LISTEN to them.
