Story of my life! I’m trying to figure out leadership. Now when I make that statement I want to clarify. I’ve been, since a child, a natural leader. People just followed me when I would do things. This isn’t because I’m super great, but because Jesus has graced me in that area. Now automatically when you hear me say that you may assume I’m prideful; but I never said I was a good leader. I’m naturally a leader, but being a good leader is something you MUST grow in. So over the past 5 years I’ve endeavored to grow in leadership. There are few question that I would challenge you as a leader to ask yourself. These questions will help you identify what areas you need to grow in.
